Quality certificationSince 1993, Mustad Belgium has enjoyed ISO9000 certification.
Thus quality has for a long time been one of the essential values present at the heart of its organisation and is shared by the staff as a whole.
Whatever your requirements as regards documentation and support, rest assured that in Mustad you will find competent personnel with a command of the use of such documents as PPAP, FMEA, R&R, statistical control.
Our metrology service possesses, of course, all of the necessary means for the control of our products.
If necessary and by agreement with your quality service, our methods service can devise and carry out calibres used for control in production.
If the case arises, in collaboration with official recognised partners, we perform in-depth controls concerning, for example, the mechanical and chemical characteristics of the raw materials.
If you so wish, the traceability of the materials used and manufacturing batches is assured from the time of supply of the raw materials until the delivery of the finished products with the help of our ERP system.
Environmental certification.
For Mustad Belgium and the MIG, ISO14000 certification is an essential priority in guaranteeing continuity in time.
This recognition should be obtained by the Belgian site at the end of2006. Safeguarding our environment is one of the values that is integrated in our company culture.
